I had an absolutely AMAZING session with my acting coach today.  I really hope things continue down this path….. And I had my first dance rehearsal for Salem today.  All I can say is, if I get it right, it’ll be fabulous!  But I have a lot of work to do!  Lots of difficult technical stuff….and I know I’m gonna be SORE tomorrow!

Sooo….I’ve started rehearsals for a new Fringe show last week and today I FINALLY found out who I’m playing!  This show is a musical about the Salem witch trials (but it’s not Crucible the musical) and I am playing Bridget Bishop, the “loose woman”.  And I get a dance number!  What?  Me?  It’s a little sad that I’m the best dancer in the cast but...

Also, I didn’t have my computer for the past 4 days because I was getting a virus removed….so to help me with my boredom, I went out and bought and watched the first season of Downton Abbey.  And I am hooked!!  I might need to go out and buy the second season this week….. : )

So I just watched The Way starring Martin Sheen, a movie about a man walking El Camino de Santiago in Spain.  A very well done and well-acted movie! And while this movie has not made me want to go on pilgrimmage (I’m just not the hiking/camping type), it has reminded me of how much I want to travel abroad.  Even though the idea of flying over water scares the crap out of me.  Maybe...
